We want you to be completely satisfied with your flower and vegetable seeds from Whalejet. If you need to return any items, here's our simple process:
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- Seed packets must show no signs of tampering
- Live plants are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@whalejet.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
Refund Process
- 8% restocking fee will apply to all returns
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Additionally, please note that your issuing bank or payment processor may charge you a separate transaction fee. For specific details regarding these fees, we recommend contacting your issuing bank or payment processor directly.
