Shipping policy

We currently ship to:

Delivery Time: 2–10 business days after shipment (excluding weekends & holidays).

Tracking numbers are provided within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. The carrier is selected based on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Items may ship separately if they require different shipping methods. You’ll receive separate tracking notifications if applicable.

Address changes: Cannot be modified once the order is shipped.
Order cancellations: Must be requested within 60 minutes of purchase. After that, cancellations may incur return shipping fees if the order is already processed.
Wrong address provided? If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Whalejet is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Extreme weather, customs delays (if applicable), or logistical disruptions may cause delays.
